Welcome to Globres's website service. By subscribing to our monthly plan, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2.1 - Subscription Package

Your subscription includes:

• Website setup and customization using pre-designed templates
• Web hosting
• SSL certificat
• Access to a Content Management System (CMS)

2.2 - Customization

The website can be customised within the following limits:

• Colours and fonts
• Content provided by the client
• Selection of available page components and pages from our template library

2.3 - Setup and Deployment

We will create and deploy a website based on the content and specifications provided by you, using our available templates. Initial setup includes:

• Configuration of hosting environment
• Installation of CMS
• Integration of SSL certificate
• Incorporation of client-provided content into selected templates

2.4 - Extra Services

Additional services such as content management, third-party script implementations, custom component creations ect. can be requested and will be charged extra at an hourly rate of 80 euros. Each 15 minute begun will be charged in its entirety.

3.1 - Minimum Contract Duration

• The minimum contract duration is one year (12 months).
• The contract will auto-renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

3.2 - Payment

• Monthly subscription fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Payments will be processed automatically using the payment method provided at signup.
• Non-payment or declined transactions may result in suspension of services until the issue is resolved.

3.3 - Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for the remaining period.

3.4 - Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date in writing.
• We will notify you of any changes to the subscription fee or terms at least 30 days in advance.

4.1 - Content Provision

• You are responsible for providing all text, images, and other content for your website.
• All content must be provided in a timely manner to avoid delays in setup.

4.2 - Compliance

• You must ensure that all content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.

4.3 - CMS Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CMS login credentials.
• Unauthorised access or misuse of the CMS may result in termination of services.

5.1 - Uptime

• We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

5.2 - Support

• Technical support is available via email and chat during our business hours.
• We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests within 24 hours.

5.3 - Maintenance

• Regular maintenance may be necessary to ensure optimal performance. We will provide advance notice of any scheduled maintenance that may affect service availability.

6.1 - Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content provided by you.
• We retain ownership of the website's design, structure, and underlying code.

6.2 - Licence

• By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and modify the content for the purpose of providing our services.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the service;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Globres and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

• Globres reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• Prices for all services are subject to change with a 30-day notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Globres website or via email.

• These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Globres reserves the right to sue the contractor at their domicile using the local laws, if necessary.
